It has recently been announced that the quintessential English rock band The Dogs D’amour are set to reunite on stage to play two live dates at the Borderline in London on the 22nd and 23rd of February 2013 – Both these shows sold out almost immediately. An additional show at the Wolverhampton Slade Rooms - Little Civic has also been announced for March 23rd.

In the late ‘80s they were regarded as one of the coolest underground rock bands with their bluesy, heartfelt sing-along anthems and ramshackle style. 

With something exceptional to the norm they did not go unnoticed and appeared on Top of The Pops and MTV, graced the covers of Kerrang, RAW, and Sounds. 

They also toured successfully worldwide several times and created a cult like following in UK, Japan and Europe.

After the band went their separate ways in the early nineties they briefly got together in 2000 to record "Happy Ever After" then in 2002 opened for Alice Cooper all over Europe and UK.  

Since then all members have kept their music alive through their own various guises.

Frontman Tyla has continued to record many solo albums and tour as a solo artist. He is also a published writer and painter, and has developed a dedicated following.  Bassist Steve formed Slyder, a funk blues band and is now a sought after luthier and has opened a successful guitar shop. Guitarist Jo is a frequently hired session musician, painter and sculptor. Drummer Bam toured USA, UK and Japan with his band Bubble and has recently launched his hand forged silver jewellery collection.

Over the years fans have campaigned tirelessly for a reunion of sorts and many had given up all hope of ever seeing them back together. 

However news that a dear friend of the band was in need of urgent medical treatment has inspired these four kind hearts to reunite and raise funds through their music.

So now for the first time the ultimate classic line up of Tyla, Steve, Jo and Bam are back! They will be performing classics such as ‘How Come It Never Rains’, 'Satellite Kid'  and ‘I Don’t Want You To Go’ as well treating fans to some exquisite new material. www.thedogsdamour.com

Following rave reviews, Led Zeppelin’s Celebration Day has stormed both the music and DVD charts this week. Released on 19th November in multiple formats, the album has collected five-star reviews from the likes of Q Magazine, Kerrang, Daily Mirror, The Telegraph and MOJO amongst others.

The show that compelled 20 million people to apply for tickets will also be shown as an hour-long special on BBC2 on 8th December at 10:45pm.

On December 10, 2007,  Led Zeppelin took the stage at London’s O2 Arena to headline a tribute concert for dear friend and Atlantic Records founder Ahmet Ertegun. What followed was a two-hour-plus tour de force of the band’s signature blues-infused rock ’n’ roll that instantly became part of the legend of Led Zeppelin. Founding members John Paul Jones, Jimmy Page and Robert  Plant were joined by Jason Bonham, the son of their late drummer John Bonham, to perform 16 songs from their celebrated catalog including landmark tracks “Whole Lotta Love,” “Rock And Roll,” “Kashmir,” and “Stairway To Heaven.”

Paul Raymond, songwriter, keyboardist and rhythm guitarist of legendary cult hard rock outfit UFO has inked a deal with Cherry Red Records' new hard rock imprint label Hear No Evil for his new solo album with The Paul Raymond Project.

The new album, entitled "Terms & Conditions Apply" is set for a worldwide release on January 28, 2013.   It will mark the sixth release by the group and features a guest appearance from Michael Schenker (MSG, UFO, Scorpions) on a cover of ‘Reach Out (I’ll Be There)’ and by Reuben Archer (Stampede, Wild Horses, Lionheart, Lautrec) on ‘Love Is Blind'.

Paul Raymond is set to play some select regional solo UK shows to promote “Terms & Conditions Apply” in the New Year, including a special headline launch show at London’s Borderline venue on Friday 1st February, before resuming his duties touring with UFO.  The shows will feature Stampede vocalist Reuben Archer amongst other special guests and will showcase the new material as well as UFO classics. Regional dates are yet TBA.

Paul Raymond is primarily best known for his work in UFO, having joined the band’s ranks in 1976. Beginning with “Lights Out” in 1977, to date Paul has appeared on 11 UFO albums, including the incendiary double live “Strangers In the Night”.  In a varied career, he’s also been a key member in a number of acts, including 70s legends Savoy Brown, Chicken Shack, Michael Schenker Group and Waysted. The Paul Raymond Project (PRP) was first formed in 1989 in Japan featuring original lineup of Frank Di Mino (formerly of Angel) on lead vocals and Masoyoshi Yamashitu (Loudness) on bass.  Paul spent 1990 writing new material, inspired by the resurgence of straight-ahead blues/rock led by bands such as the Black Crowes and the Quireboys, until, joined by guitarist Andy Simmons, the third incarnation of the project released “Man on a Mission” through Zoom Club records.  It was to be nine years before Paul and Andy joined forces again and recorded “Virtual Insanity” as UFO had once again intervened. In 2010, together with bass player Mark Coles and drummer Tony Steel, they began working on “Terms & Conditions Apply”.

AC/DC will release AC/DC Live At River Plate, their first live album in 20 years, on Tuesday November 19th.  AC/DC Live At River Plate was recorded in Buenos Aires in December 2009 when nearly 200,000 fans (over 3 sold-out nights) thunderously welcomed AC/DC back after a 13-year absence from Argentina.  AC/DC Live At River Plate captures the legendary grandeur, excitement and energy that AC/DC’s live performances are renowned for.

Bullet For My Valentine will release their fourth studio album ‘Temper Temper’ on 11th February 2013. The metal giants, who recently headlined Radio 1’s Rock Week with an invite-only gig at the BBC Maida Vale studios where they debuted the title track from the new album, have also announced a UK tour for March. The track “Temper Temper” is set for a 25th November release and is available to pre-order now.
